Rastelli Direct is breaking their own records month after month, due to their “Never Back Down” attitude to business. With the reputation for excellence of their parent company Rastelli Food Group, they have once again brought to their field force a first in network marketing… The ability to sell high-quality imported wines from Italy.

Something I notices as I was reviewing the new Rastelli Direct Wine site, is they are already setup to sell and deliver wine in the U.S.A., Australia, Italy, Chile, France, and South Africa. By using the power of the parent company (Rastelli Food Group), Rastelli Direct has positioned themselves with the ability to drive their international growth very quickly.

I’ve given this some thought. Rastelli Direct is a young startup where all the Rastelli field force have the same ground floor opportunity to create a financial future and lead the company in recognition.

But, it can all be done without the risk of a startup company!

I have talked to Ray Rastelli, his top executives and some of the most successful reps in the field. What I have discovered is three very important items which makes Rastelli Direct a very unique opportunity for the right person.

1. To the Rastelli family Rastelli Direct is not just another money making venture. It is a way for them to give back to the very people who gave them their start… The American people.

Ray and his brother Tony started their business when a business man gave them a hand up, and helped them furnish their first neighborhood butcher shop. Throughout the first few years it was the community who grew to trust them, for quality and for being there when times were tough. Today though Rastelli Direct, they see themselves as giving back, by offering people an opportunity to go into business with very little capital as broker/partners.

2. When I visited the Rastelli plants, I did not meet employees. I met business partners of the Rastelli family. Each employee I talked with would get a huge smile on their face as they talked about the family and their love for where they worked.

The sign of a great company is how their frontline team members feel about their bosses. From the top executive offices to the Rasitelli Direct team, everyone is focused on the same end game… Changing the lives of everyone they come in contact with.
